Very weak,
Compared to other products I’ve used, this is very weak. It will clean oxidized brown rubber off tires but only with multiple applications and a lot of hand scrubbing. This may be because it’s gentle, but the other products I’ve used have not caused any hurt to clear-coated wheels, either.
Considering the price, it is not excellent value. Search for other “all purpose cleaner” for automotive use, and you will likely find better. One of my favorites is Meguiar’s All Purpose Cleaner Plus which only expenditure a small more for a total gallon. And, it is a concentrate, so you dilute it min 1:4. At 1:4, it blows away the Griot’s product.

I can’t believe how well this works and how clean it is. It has literally saved me money on not having to replace rubber parts. Just another Griot’s product that is worth the money and does what it says. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. They have some of the greatest car products out there.
